A Tour Through The Apartment

We rent the apartment on the mezzanine floor of the chalet. You can reach it with a few steps (no elevator). The apartment consists of two rooms (with double bed resp. sofa bed), a kitchen, a bathroom, a reading corner and direct access to the garden with its own seating area.

In the living room, you can spend the night on a sofa bed easy to pull out. Sofa, wicker armchairs and a coffee table invite you to relax. The dining table is big enough for a cozy meal for several people:

The kitchen has a small sitting area and all the necessary kitchen utensils. It is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle:

The bathroom has two windows overlooking the greenery. You will take your shower in the bathtub:

Prices

The apartment costs

from October to April 120 CHF per night for the first person.

from May to September 150 CHF per night for the first person.

Each additional guest pays an additional 30 CHF per night.

The one-time cleaning fee is 48 CHF

Minimum stay: 3 nights

The price includes for the whole duration of your stay

a Bern Ticket for free use of public transport in the whole city of Bern
the tourism tax (5.30 per person/night)
coffee, tea, mineral water, welcome fruit
breakfast on request (14.00 per person/day)

Payment modalities

Please pay the bill at the beginning of your stay in cash (in CHF) or by card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, V Pay, Android Pay and Apple Pay).

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days before the start of your stay. If you cancel later, you will owe half of the amount.

House rules

The apartment is not suitable for small children under 7 years old.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
In Switzerland, the rule is to be considerate of neighbors after 10 pm. The chalet is an almost 100- year-old wooden house. Loud voices or music are more audible here than in a well-insulated house.
Pets are not allowed because there are two cats living in the house: Johnny and Yuki.
The chalet is listed as worthy of attention in the building inventory of the city of Bern.
